Shipping Information

We ship with Australia Post  from Melbourne.

Standard shipment orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1 business day of receipt of payment - shipping time is an additional 3-6 business days from dispatch date

All shipping & product prices are in $AUD.

Shipping Terms

- Check that your PayPal account has the CORRECT address - we have to pay to have the parcel returned to us when you have supplied the incorrect information and we will charge you shipping to re-post

- Generally we dispatch within 1 to3  business day of ordering, and Australia Post stipulate that it takes between 3-6 business days to deliver - please check your parcel for its whereabouts within a week of ordering and keep an eye out for it to be sitting at your Local Post Office for pick up

- Due to all parcels requiring a signature on delivery - we cannot leave a note for the postman saying your parcel can be left at the door/behind the gate/ etc. It will be attempted to be delivered and then transferred to your Local Post Office for collection

- Orders received before 11am on a business day with Express postage will be dispatched from our warehouse on the same day - with an expected delivery to your the next business day. Orders received after 11am will be sent next business day
